1. Start from the Mintie White Teachers page.

2. Click on the helpbox link.  Second from the top.

3.  Click on the button next to End User.

4.  Enter a Username only.  NO PASSWORD. Click on Enter.

5.  Click on Log New Request (left side, third from the top)

6. Fill out the Asset, Dept/Room, and Problem.

7. Click on the life perserver (with Save uner it)

8. Your done. Close browser.
